Write to support@moonpulltarot.com. Tell us what you were doing and what you saw, and your iPhone model and iOS version if it is a bug. Most answers are below.
Tarot Plus and purchases
- Restore a purchase on a new phone: open the paywall (Settings › Tarot Plus) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple account.
- Cancel or change your subscription in your iPhone's Settings, under your name › Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
- Daily readings: Plus includes a set number of AI readings a day; the app tells you when you have used them. Free draws, Today's Card and the cards' written meanings are never limited.
Your journal and iCloud
- Your journal syncs between your devices through your own iCloud. If it is not syncing, check that iCloud Drive is on for the app in your iPhone's Settings under your name › iCloud.
- Settings › Export journal saves everything as a text file.
- The free journal holds 5 entries; Tarot Plus keeps every one.
Moon Circle
- Moon Circle is part of Tarot Plus. Invite friends from Settings › Moon Circle; an invite link opens the app on their phone.
- To delete your Moon Circle account and everything it stored, use Settings › Moon Circle › Leave Moon Circle.
- To report a friend's name or behaviour, open the Circle, choose the friend, and use Remove and report.
Notifications
Every reminder is off until you turn it on in Settings › Reminders. If one is not arriving, check that notifications are allowed for the app in your iPhone's Settings.
