Terms of Use
Thanks for using Moonpull Tarot. These terms are short because the app is simple. By using the app or this website you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app, and where the two differ about your licence to the app, Apple's wins.
For reflection and entertainment
Moonpull Tarot is offered for reflection and entertainment. Readings, including those written by AI, are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, do not predict the future, and never guarantee an outcome. Trust your own judgment above any card, and talk to a qualified professional about anything that matters to your health, money, legal position or wellbeing.
Tarot Plus
Tarot Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you subscribe. It may start with a free trial if you are eligible; the app says so before you commit. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the trial ends, or at purchase if there is no trial, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple account › Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next charge and keeps Plus until the current period ends. Apple handles billing and refunds under its own terms. A Plus reading uses the AI service, and the app limits how many AI readings you can reveal each day; the limit is shown in the app.
Gift links and free months
A Tarot Plus member can give a friend one free month through a gift link, and may earn a free month when that friend subscribes. Gift links are for friends, not for posting publicly. Each link hands out a limited number of codes a year, and we may withdraw a link or a reward that is being misused.
Moon Circle
Moon Circle shows your daily card to a few friends you invite. Choose a display name that is yours and that would not upset the people who see it. Anyone can remove a friend from their Circle, and "Remove and report" tells us about a name or behaviour that is abusive; we may delete an account that is reported for that. You can leave Moon Circle at any time, which deletes your account and its data.
Your journal
What you write in the app is yours. It stays on your device and in your own iCloud, and you can export it at any time. We claim no rights over it.
Our content
The app's card art, card meanings, spreads, moon rituals, name and logo are ours or used under licence. The Waite-Smith deck images are in the public domain. You may share readings and the images the app makes for sharing; please don't copy the rest of the app's content for another product.
Availability
The AI readings, Moon Circle, gift links and the mailing list depend on outside services, and any of them may be unavailable from time to time. When the AI is unavailable the app shows the cards' written meanings instead. We may change or retire a feature, and we will say so in the app when it matters.
No warranty
The app and the website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a reading or from the app being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
Changes and contact
